Code of conduct

This code sets out the principles brion and the AI agents it builds follow when working with companies and the people who interact with them.
Transparency with end users
The AI agents brion builds identify themselves as such whenever asked directly. They never pretend to be a person if asked, and they always offer the option to talk to someone on the client's team.
Responsible use of data
Any data an agent accesses is used exclusively for the project agreed with the client. It's never shared with third parties or reused for any other purpose.
Judgment before sale
brion recommends what a company actually needs, even when it's less than what it could sell. A project is only accepted once brion is confident it can deliver it well.
No promises it can't back up
brion doesn't promise results that don't depend on brion, and doesn't use figures or case studies that aren't real.
How to report a concern
If you notice a brion agent behaving in a way that doesn't follow these principles, write to us at hello@brionlabs.es and we'll look into it.
